In Karlisna. Sleeves can be purchased in “The Armor Shoppe” (from @, 8 E then N.) All equipment can be found on “A heavily armored guard,” who loads randomly in the zone. (This equipment is heavy to carry: actually wearing it temporarily can give you increased strength to transport all the pieces, if your strength is low!) Note: this objective is marked as find-original.
