These load on the “your watery double” mobs that load in the north, east, and west CPK zones of Lattyrna.
to give the boots of Water Walking to a nereid (35 minutes)
These load on Janwel the apprentice in Crime Underground. From entrance to Crime Underground (@), go E, 2D, E (kill the thief for a key), S, D (kill the thief for a key), 4S (or so.)
to give a pair of thick soled boots to a nereid (35 minutes)
