In Quinstone’s Keep. From zone entrance (@), go N to the room “The Foyer of the Keep,” all E, U, all E, all S, U. Kill Sintarus, captain of the arches, and loot eye from him.

to give the eyes of an archer to a trading master (1 hour)
Trading master loads in Braneri. From zone entrance (@), go all N to “The North End of the Quad”, then W, N. He’s hidden so have sense life on.
