Found in the Underground Shafts on the ghost of a legendary warrior. From entrance, go D, 9N, 2E, 3N, kill guardian. Keep killing the ghosts; each time you kill the ghost (one of them holds the items), you will get a lock of hair, presence of a legend and finally the tale of a great warrior.
