to give a leaky jar of seawater to Famar, the town crier (3 hours)
In a wooden crate in Gloumewood Farm. From @, go all E to locked gate, then 2N, W, enter ring, “pray.” Look around for a black cat. Kill it 9 times, which pops Osiquine. Kill her and get the key to her shack. Look around for a hidden E exit (there are two or more). After going E, go N, unlock door, N, open door E, E, open drawer, search drawer, get key drawer, W, search, U, unlock crate, open crate, get seawater crate.
