Scales load in Shadmire. From entrance to zone (“Beneath a Canopy of Interwoven Tree Branches”), go W, N, N, W, W, N, N, W, N, N, N, N, N, D, E, E, E, E, E, E, E, S, D, W, N, N, N, N. You’ll have to kill Samrah to get her scales. Return them to the Wyrm.
