a human heart: in evil Derah. After entering evil Derah from entering “A Destroyed House” (in the southwest part of good Derah), go E, N, E, E, N, N, E, U. Get the heart from the corpse of the girl.
a pair of eyes: in Crime Underground on Chalemvir. See CU Crossroads in Frequent Pathways. From here, Chalemvir is N, N, D, N (he’s “An enormous hulk…”).
a mass of flesh: loads in Trellor Graveyard. From the southern @ entrance to Trellor, go N then all W till you can go S; go 2S; all E; 2D, all E until you can go S, then all S. Get book. Then N, all E, all N, all W until you can go S, then all S. Kill Sharlana, who loads the mass of flesh.
