In Lost Civ in a room called “A Crumbling House.” From zone entrance, follow the trail around (the first 12 rooms or so curve around but no branches.) At the first intersection (“Road in the Forest”) go S, S, W, S, S, E, E, S, S, E, S, S, S, W, S, S, E, S, W, all S.
to find a locket made of obsidian (40 minutes)
In Lost Civilization. From woman go 7N, E, N, W, 2N, E to “A Mist Shrouded Forest.” Examine corpse, get all corpse.
to give a locket made from obsidian to the poor woman (40 minutes)
From above, go W, 2S, E, S, W, 7S.
