to find the first mate (40 minutes)
From above, go 2W, D, 2E, search, pick/open floorboard, D, W (open door), S.
to find the navigator (40 minutes)
From above, go N, 2E (open door), S.
to kill the angry pirate (30 minutes)
This is a hidden mob — use faerie fog. From above, go N, W, U, 2W, U, S and look around.
