Objectives:

In Palace of Celestia. From zone entrance, go N, 2E, then all N and look around.
to find a wooden scrub brush and a bucket of washwater and an elegant feather duster (1 hour, 30 minutes)
a wooden scrub brush: In Cloud Giants; loads on the bath boys. From “Floating Atop an Island Of Clouds,” go E, E, E, S, open door, U, E, S, W, S.
a bucket of washwater: In Esacha Fen in the Gemothelle.
an elegant feather duster: Kuukle in the upper level of Goland’s Tower has this item. Enter the zone and go all north until “Before Goland’s Tower.” Enter the tower by going north (killing the tower guard to get the key to go inside if not already done recently by someone else in the zone.) Go N, N, N, all E (search if necessary), all U, then W to find Kuukle. Note: there are “dusters” and “feather dusters” in Med and Med Castle which won’t work.
