In Fury. He’s usually on the first lower deck (where Ramarke would be) or on the top deck near the up/down ladder. Exact directions vary, but he usually loads at the back of the ship.
to kill Scruff (45 minutes)
In Med City, just south of recall.
to give Scruff’s spiked collar to Lep (45 minutes)
Loot Scruff’s corpse and return as above. This is a find-original objective.
