In Gloumewood Farm. From entrance to zone, kill farmhand and loot key, unlock gate, open gate. Go 5E and look around for this mob (who wanders).

In Med City in the Pipe Bowl. From recall, go all S to the Center of the Fish Market, then 3E, N.
to give a steak dinner to Bame, the farm dog (1 hour)
