In Castiack. From zone entrance, go N until the first street E, then go E along the street and S into the Temple of Tranquility.
to find a room called The Philosophy Library (30 minutes)
In Braneri. From @, go 2N, W, open door, W, S.
to find the Trellor librarian (45 minutes)
In Trellor. From recall, go 2N, 2W.
to find a member of the Veiled Society (30 minutes)
In the Underground Tunnels below Med City. Quickest way is entering through the north entrance (the Courrain River just north of Med City.)
to kill 8 of a member of the Veiled Society (30 minutes)
As soon as you complete the 5th objective, 7 more members of the Veiled Society will pop in the room with you. Be sure you’re healed first!
