In any inn in the wilderness. In an inn from which you enter from the west, go 5E, N, 2E, N.
to give a black leather riding crop to the horsemaster (1 hour, 30 minutes)
On the Mistress of Pain in Sceptrum. From zone entrance, go all N, E, enter mirror, all D, all N until the three-way intersection. Then go all E and search; look around.
