In Mellorian. From zone entrance, go all N till you reach the 4-way intersection, “The Heart of the Citadel, at an Altar.” Then go 2E, open slide, N.
to give a large bar of soap to a bathing soldier (2 hours)
This loads in Braneri in a crate in a room called “Crates of Dry Goods.” From zone entrance, go all N to “A Small Well,” then N, 2W, D, N, W, S.
