In the Preserve. From zone entrance (@), go: W, W, W, N, E, N, W, W, W, S, W, S, E, search, S, D, all E (you will have to ethereal through a door.) Kill the Consort for his key. Unlock the door to the E then go E. The Fairy Queen loads here.

to kill 5 of a winged Ioio (1 hour)
These pop in the room with you.
