In Vanlarra. Enter west entrance then go all E (through gates and doors) until you are inside a building. Move around inside the cube shaped building until you find a mage.
to find 4 of a clump of mud (1 hour, 30 minutes)
In Warrens of the Moshata. Loads on mudmen, which appear as “A figure of mud shuffles along the tunnel.” From @, go D, all N (into NPK) and look around.
to give 4 of a clump of mud to a high mage of Vanlarra (15 minutes)
