to give a tiny red feather, a raven feather, or a speckled feather of a hawk to a nomad woman (1 hour)
tiny red feather: in Esacha Fen on a hunter mob.
speckled feather: in Sceptrum Ishachi on the red kite. From entrance, go all N, E, enter mirror, all D, all N until crimson pool. raven feather: in Castiack.
