In Med City. From recall, enter warrior, then go 4W, 2N, W, U.
to give a pegleg to Deshiavani, the Unforgiven (1 hour, 30 minutes)
In Pirate Ship. Loads on a couple of pirates. (Hint : make sure you get the “A hazy blue aura joins you to a pegleg.” Because this is a common item looted, players will loot and drop the peg legs, which will be picked up by other mobs — but then they will not be original any more.)
