In Lost Civ in a room called “A Crumbling House.” From zone entrance, follow the trail around (the first 12 rooms or so curve around but no branches.) At the first intersection (“Road in the Forest”) go 2S, W, 2S, 2E, 2S, E, 3S, W, 2S, E, S, W, all S.
to kill 2 of the guardian and 6 of the deformed figure (45 minutes)
Both these mobs load in the streets outside. The guardians are relatively tough; the deformed figures not as bad.
to find the poor woman (no limit)

to give a locket made from obsidian to the poor woman (no limit)
From the poor woman, go all N, E, N, W, 2N, E, 2N, W, S. Get locket corpse. Then reverse your path back to the woman.
