In Lyryanoth. From recall, go all W, kill protestors, all W, search, D, N.
to give a blade of pure energy and a dead Amber Blaze fish and the robe of ether to Toronfyr, the guard captain ()
Blade: In Vark Outpost. From entrance, go N, U, W, 2U, pull lever, 2N. Look for the bleached bone key which loads on scout, usually a few east. From above, with key, go all W, all N, 3E, search, N. Sword loads on the sentries.
Amber blaze: a random result of fishing.
robe of ether: found in Crypt of Vatos.
