In Fury. From main deck, go U one level, 2E and all S until you see him.

a small telescope: Loads in Academy of Braneri in the astronomy building, N, W, N, W from zone entrance. Go west in building, up the stairs, then east until in the room “Beside a Window.” Search, then go up. Telescope loads “loose” in the room.
a sapphire-tipped quill: Loads on the Mayor of Riverton. See Riverton Mayor in Frequent Pathways.
to give a small telescope and a sapphire-tipped quill to Merrick ( )
