In good Derah. From the entrance to Derah, go to recall. Then go all W, E, N, open door west, W, U. The DeRah mayor is an approximately level 20 mage.
to kill the Goblin King (1 hour)
From zone entrance to the Labyrinth (@), go: all E (first two exits hidden), S, E, all S, all E, all S, all W, all S, E, all S, all W, all N, W, N. You’ll fall through the floor to the next level. Then go S, E, 3S, E, S, U to the Goblin Castle. Then go all W, all N, E, all S, U. The Goblin King loads here.
to give the staff of ruling to the mayor (30 minutes)
