In City of Medievia. From recall go 4W, N, W, N, U, S.
to find the prisoner (45 minutes)
In Med City/Underground Tunnels. From Med City recall, go all E until you have exited the City, then go all S through “Beautiful Gardens” until you are on the river (get a boat or levitate.) Go W then north along the river until you see a S exit called “The Underground Jetty.” Go S, all W, all S, N, follow path W until you find him.
to kill an assassin of the Veiled Society (15 minutes)
From The Secret Prison, search then go U, E, look around (hidden mob).
to find the prisoner (10 minutes)

to give a signet ring bearing the seal of Medievia to Basalan, the Mayor of the City (15 minutes)
