Explore/Zone Walkthrough
1 – Enter the portal to the realm of the dead
From zone entrance – 2s, 5e, s, enter portal
2 – Release the souls from the emptiness
east, 2 south
Kill 3 of “a desperate soul”. Long description “A soul desperately searches for an exit.” These wander in this area. They are anti-melee and undead so you have to be able to cast to kill them and the harm spell will heal them.
3 – Release the souls from the darkness
Go to the southeast corner of the area the desperate souls are in (east, 4 south from portal). South (through illusion), 2 east, down, kill priestess. Priestess has permanent fireshield, and you will flee into a fire room. Use caution.
4 – Release the souls from the pain
Search, down, 2 east, 3 south (second south is a cramped room), search, down, 2 south, west, search, up, kill priestess. Priestess has permanent fireshield and you will flee into an acid room. Use caution.
5 – Release the souls from the cold
Get full, the next section has cold rooms and slippery floors. Search, 3 east, 2 south, east (through illusion), kill priestess. Priestess has permanent iceshield, but you can dispel her sanctuary. You will flee into a cold room. Use caution.
6 – Release the souls from the burning
Down (through illusion), south, east, south, west, north, down (through illusion), kill priestess. This mob has permanent fireshield and is in a fire room.
7 – Dispel Cerranna’s haunted memory
* This section is all underwater, be sure to have the “breathe water” spell up!
east through illusion, north, 5 east (first one is through illusion), down, west (through illusion), east, down (through illusion), west (through illusion), east, down. If you get hit by the 2 sanced mobs before you can make the last room west flee. You will be back in the first room of this section. Tick up and try again.
8 – Remove Cerranna from her pain
2 east (both through illusion), open curtain, east, open door, south, open drain, down, kill Cerranna. She has permanent fireshield.
9 – Free Gilidor’s soul
Loot the rose from Cerranna’s corpse (key). Search, down.
Bonus- Unlock/open/loot the chest. Each heart-shaped gem is a treasure worth 20k and can be sold north, west, west of Medievia City recall.
