In Demonforge. These are very easy to kill mobs and can be easily killed by room spells when there are no other mobs in the room. Vaporous Phantoms do not show up on location, are not targetable, and are worth 0 xp. Obey the usual Demonforge rules and it will be easy. If you can’t find enough, just wait and be patient; they continuously, though slowly, reload in and near the forge room, and then wander around.
