In Xanthal on Thysa. From entrance, go N, 3W, 3N, kill servant for master key, 2N, U, 2N, unlock door E, open door E, E. (She is !melee and shockwaves.)
to give a pair of ethereal slippers to an apprentice (20 minutes)
