to find a scepter of ill health (2 hours)
In Lyngaeli’s Nightmare, bought from the Guardian ofDreams. The Guardian can be found anywhere in thezone, so you’ll have to look around for him. You have to pay for his items with nightmare tokens, which load randomly on the mobs throughout the zone. You have to search the corpses to find the tokens.
