In Ruellia Village. From “Before Some Gates” (entrance to village), go N, 2W, N, W, N, 4W, open door S, 3S, W, kill Agalinis for gate key. The gate loads near the “Rocky Training Grounds” in the above objective. Unlock gate, open gate, E, and kill tunnel excavator. (He loads the map.)
