In the Forbidden Forest. From Med City recall, enter mage, then go 4W, 2S, 2W, 4N.
to kill 2 of a draconian scout (15 minutes)
These will pop in this room. They’re moderately easy mobs of the thief type, approximately level 20.
to kill 2 of a draconian captain, 6 of a draconian soldier, 3 of a draconian guard, and 2 of a draconian scout (1 hour, 30 minutes)
These load in Kirys Ayr. To get in the general vicinity, from the zone entrance to Kirys (@), go E, D, S, E, D, W, 3S, E, S, E, 3S, E, D, E, D and look around.
to find a room called The Lair of Rekhalset (20 minutes)
In this area, in the middle of several fireshielded rooms. The key to the room may have loaded on one of the many mobs you just killed.
to kill Rekhalset (20 minutes)
In the above room. Hard to kill: he’s fireshielded, at least level 25.
to find Talis, the watchman (20 minutes)
From this room, go N, E, N, 3E, N, E, U, W, U, W, 3N, W, N, 3 N, E, U, W, N, 5 U and look around. If he’s not here, look on the other stairways nearby.
to find Basalan, the Mayor of the City (25 minutes)
