In Trellor. From recall, go 6N.
to give a blade of pure energy to the Stormwatch Commander (1 hour, 30 minutes)
In Vark Outpost. From entrance, go N, U, W, 2U, pull lever, 2N. (Look for the bleached bone key which loads on scout, usually a few E.) From above, with key, go all W, all N, 3E, search, N. Sword laods on the sentries.
