In Ryvaera. From zone entrance (“On the Surface of the River”), go 2S, D, E, D to “A Palace Balcony,” then go N, W, N.
to give brightly colored streamers or some festive streamers to Nyxaia, the daughter of the empress (1 hour)
some festive streamers: Festive streamers are found in Ruellia on Heucher in the town section. See Ruellia Crossing of Trails in Frequent Pathways. From “Crossing of Trails,” go N, N, E. Kill the two guards here, then go all N, all W, S, W, W, W, W, S, S, S. Heucher is hidden in this area.
to give 5 of a slice of butter cream cake and 5 of a dish of strawberries and cream and 5 of a chocolate chip cookie and 5 of a chunk of almond brittle to Nyxaia, the daughter of the empress (45 minutes)
