a pair of eyes: in Crime Underground on Chalemvir. See CU Crossroads in Frequent Pathways. From here, Chalemvir is N, N, D, N (he’s “An enormous hulk…”).
A flask of holy water:Loads on a quiet monk in the cathedral. From Med recall, go 11E, all N, all E, N, W/E, U, look around.
